Yes. Contractors can create a company profile, browse available opportunities and submit bids without a monthly subscription.
What does "$299 per build" mean?
The Build plan is purchased for one home project. It is a one-time payment rather than a monthly subscription.
Will I lose my project after I finish building?
No. Completed project records remain available to the project owner after completion.
What if I build more than one house?
Individual owner-builders can purchase another Build license for another project. Professional builders managing projects regularly should consider Builder Pro.
Do contractors see other contractors' bids?
No. Contractor pricing and submitted bids are private.
